My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was great and had a lovely view, the overall experience was marred by unclean facilities and uncomfortable conditions. The service was lacking and they could really engage more positively with guests. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it unless changes are made.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with a great view overlooking the Broadwater and close to Harbour Town shopping. However, the room was not up to standard-run-down and poorly maintained. Service was a highlight, as Lea was genuinely helpful. But overall, I felt like I wasn't getting my money's worth for the condition of the place.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the Broadwater and is conveniently close to Harbour Town shopping center.
